"Perfect location for bars, restaurants, access to highway. Smaller than anticipated. Garage very small, so unable to use and had to pay for parking, but that was very close. Host very responsive. Somewhat heavy handed with odor controlling sprays. Some very nice updates to small house."

"We stayed for a pre holiday celebration. This is a great house, a wonderful deck, back yard (perfect for kids & pets), a screened in porch, a great fire pit, a big kitchen and roomy bedrooms. With so many extra kitchen supplies & an amazing pantry. It was perfect. "

"This sweet, old home served us for one quick overnight stay in Indianapolis. It was comfortable, cozy, and within walking distance to food, cocktails / music (the Jazz Kitchen!), and a nice grocery store (the Fresh Market). Easy to park in front or back of the house. The kitchen was well stocked, although we did not use it. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The host was proactive and provided clear communication throughout the entire process. A nice rental experience."

"From booking to check in and check out communication was great. House was everything and more than what was shown. Board games and other games downstairs. TVs in rooms and living room. Quiet neighborhood. Great little stay and will stay again if in the area!"

"Our family of 10 stayed for a long weekend. We loved the big island in the kitchen. All of the TVs were smart TVs so we were able to watch lots of fun Christmas movies. The games in the basement were a huge hit with the kids. Fantastic yard and views of nature. Would be great in the summer. Only con was the mattress in the upstairs bedroom was very soft, as well as one of the mattresses for the kids. If you don't mind soft mattresses it's ok. Otherwise really great place to stay and...
