"We were able to check in early on a Wednesday, and desk was willing to keep bags if not, and will keep bags even after check out. Greeting was friendly, and room was clean & very quiet and we were on the 3rd floor. Great roof top bar as well. The room was small as others have noted, but very efficient. Was in the city for a show, not the room anyway!"

"I stayed at the Arlo Midtown for one night. I was able to drop my bags off without any issues and roam around the city carefree. Jason and Ken went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable! I really appreciated their help! Dinner at the hotel restaurant was great…get the fish! "
