We stayed here for 3 nights till thanksgiving. We booked a suite for 4. 1. First, I would like to thank the receptionist who gave good suggestions on early check-in options when I called up from JFK at 8am. Yes, we reached so early 😀. But they were kind enough to check us in at 12. We spent some time at the airport for breakfast and on the way from JFK to the hotel. We took Airtrain to Jamaica (30min), train E from Jamaica to Penn station ( 1 hr.), bus 230 from PATH at 42nd street to the hotel ( 20 min) - these buses have luggage trunks.. 2. Next is the commute to Manhattan. It’s very close from the heart of Manhattan. It took exactly between 18-20 min every time we travelled by bus to this hotel from 42nd street PATH Bus terminus - bus no 230 (gate/platform 214). You can select phase2 while buying the tickets from the kiosk at PATH, because this hotel is just at the border of phase2 and phase3. However, while taking the same bus from hotel to PATH, you have to pay for phase3 rate - which is a dollar more, when you buy from the kiosk at the bus stop opposite to the hotel. There is another bus - No. 190, from a bus stop at 10 min walking distance from the hotel. All the bus services are available since early morning till late night and very safe. 3. Locality: Beside being close to Manhattan it also offers a good neighborhood which is apt for tourists who may look for a Walmart or walkable dining options. This area was built keeping tourists in mind. You will get plenty

Chrishna was amazing and had excellent customer service skills. My only issue with the property is that I booked a room that accommodated 4 adults, didn’t pay attention when finalizing on expedia when I arrived I had to pay additional for 2 adults as the reservation said 2 adults. We had to pay an extra $120, no big deal that’s your policy I should have read more and paid attention but it was an additional to also add breakfast.

We really enjoyed the property. It was clean, quiet and the breakfasts were great. The 320 bus right outside the hotel to Manhatten was an excellent service. Would definetely recommend staying here.

Liked: nearest to the bus stop,friendly staff, cleanliness, room amenities. The only issue was we did not get a wake up call but luckily we also had our phone alarms. Breakfast was good but nuggets and potato wedges were dry.Butter was too hard to spread on toast.More variety at breakfast needed scrambled eggs, fried eggs, and sausages for people staying for a long duration.However, we would stay there again. Recommended taxi service to airport was excellent.

We had to check out earlier, around 6:45 AM, because we had a long way ahead of us and the breakfast manager let us take food for our children and a cup of coffee to go, even though they hadn’t officially opened yet (7:00 AM was when breakfast started by which time we would have left)… It looks like a small thing but it made our trip so much smoother.
