The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. "A charming old building with authentic wooden floors. It runs parallel to the busy Kloofstreet restaurant scene, so easy walking access. You have the sounds of the city in the background but somehow this location has a quietness to it compared to other places in the city. We loved the romantic little private balcony with bay windows where we had some wine in cheese. The service was personal and sincere with Arthur making us breakfast as per our choice along with the buffet."
