"Good hotel in excellent location.There is an inflexible 2pm check-in, though I had contacted the hotel earlier to ask for an earlier check-in as we were arriving early. We found it irritating and annoying that tour groups and many other people were given rooms, and though we asked several times, our room was not available until 2pm on the dot. Surely they could have a little effort to get a room ready so that we didn't have to wait 5 hours. As a result, I would not stay here again."

"The couch, carpet and chair in the lounge were filthy. The place also smelled like it was standing closed for months. We kept the door open constantly for fresh air. The bathrooms can also do with extractor fans. Coffee machine missing, as well as docking station, but there was a used (dirty) espresso cup on the counter when we arrived.
