"Great hotel but not the best neighborhood to walk around in. But Ubers are plentiful so it really wasn’t a problem. Breakfast buffet was great. The bar had several nightly specials on drinks. Ate dinner there twice and those meals were good too. Nice pool area as well and the pool is heated,"

Lungi was so very helpful in organizing our pickup and transportation from the airport, and also booking tours for us while in Cape Town. Arthur was there to greet us on our arrival, and each evening when we returned. Chef Ian and his staff in the kitchen had a wonderful breakfast for us each morning. Would definitely stay here again!"

"A charming old building with authentic wooden floors. It runs parallel to the busy Kloofstreet restaurant scene, so easy walking access. You have the sounds of the city in the background but somehow this location has a quietness to it compared to other places in the city. We loved the romantic little private balcony with bay windows where we had some wine in cheese. The service was personal and sincere with Arthur making us breakfast as per our choice along with the buffet."
