"This hotel is amazing, especially if you are going on a cruise as it is right next door to pier. The room was super clean. The bed was very comfortable. Travis checked us in and he upgraded our room as we were much earlier than the check in time. Travis also gave us a voucher for an appetizer at Katie’s, which is fresh seafood restaurant. We waited about thirty minutes, yes it was well worth the wait. This hotel provides a reasonable price shuttle service to the ship as well. You can actually walk to the pier as it is literally that close. This will be the only hotel I will book when I leave out of Galveston. "

"Exterior and rooms finished nicely. However, plumbing (bathtub leaked), ice machine became inaccessible, only front desk staff spoke English, no bath mat or hand towels in room (until requested) and breakfast was 100% carbs (and poor quality). Good value for overnight stay"
