Very reasonable price and even though I found a couple of roaches it wasn't a problem as I killed them. "Excellent location with many options to enjoy. Loved waking up to the view of Pleasure Pier and the beach. The parking situation is horrible. You have to pay to park in the parking garage on the north side of the property and cross the street, the lighting is limited. Coming back to the property at night isn’t typically what I would call safe especially if you’re alone. "
