"This review is specifically for room number 0, the twin room (bunk bed). The top bunk bed was uncomfortable. Whether you put your head on one side (right next to the AC) or the other (next to a wall indent with MOLD) it is impossible to sleep. As for the changing rooms (connected to the showers), they also have mold on the walls. The exhaust fans in the toilet rooms barely work resulting in a perpetual unpleasant smell. There is no sink to wash your hands in the toilet rooms yet the hand...

"We loved our time at Fuji Guesthouse. We stayed in their traditional Japanese room, which was spacious for the two of us the night before we began our Mt. Fuji ascent. Both staff members we interacted with were not only kind during our stay, but extended their hospitality beyond it, offering us to store our luggage while we were on the mountain, and allowing us to shower upon our return. It was a great experience in a small town. Next time I find myself in Fujikawaguchiko, I will certainly try...

"This is the best possible place you can stay in when you are in the Kawaguchiko area. At $50 a night, the full on view you get of Mt Fuji is priceless. Beautiful private room (if you opt for that) which is clean and cosy. The only con is that it’s a shared bathroom but it was equipped with real good soap and conditioner and clean as well. Highly recommended. "

"If we could rate higher than excellent we would. The host is the nicest person ever. The beds were so comfortable, and they had the best western style pillows. "今回、山梨での研修会の際に利用させて頂きました。よく研修会の行われる山梨リハや富士温泉病院から自転車で5分ほどと近く、大変利用しやすかったです。 自転車の貸し出しもあったので、研修会への移動や買い出しにも便利に利用できました。 施設は、民宿風で鉄道の模型や写真などがあり、そこまで鉄道ファンでも無い私ですが、素敵な空間でした(^^)。 とてもアットホームな環境であり、和風の部屋に温泉にも入る事ができたので大変満足しました。また、スタッフさんも親切な方で、リラックスして宿泊できました。 家族で利用したり、研修会での利用、個人の利用などでもおすすめです(^^)！"
