"This hotel was a blast to stay at. Not situated close to the city, it still offered a lot for the location. Situated in the middle of the transit run, it will either bring you back to town or all the way to the gondola terminal, where you can either go on the volcano or take a ferri on the lake. I would strongly suggest to get the city pass for the transit to enjoy all the attraction for 1 price."

"It is an old property but it was clean. We just wished they provided us with sleepers as the want us to remove our shoes at the entrance and the carpet has stain that made us uncomfortable walking barefoot. "

"Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."

"The villa that we stayed in was well kept and very clean! The local area was beautiful and quiet. Our group had decided the rent cars which made getting around the area that much easier as well as the location of the villa having easy and accessible parking. Right next to the famous FujiQ amusement park as well as dozens of beautiful Onsen with great views of Fuji!! The site of the villas itself was unique with fun camping vibes! "This is a very nice hotel, the rooms ae large and comfortable, but you have to be okay with futons on teh floor. It is right across from the lake and within walking distance of the Rope line, boat tours and restaurants and cafes. The Hot springs pools are gender separated and in traditional Japanese style, with an outdoor pool and a hotter indoor poole and full showering and washing with shampoo and soap. A very good place with a free shuttle from the station."

"We stayed in several hotels throughout our vacation in Japan and this was by far our favorite hotel. Our room appeared to be newly renovated and was huge! Very clean and so much space. Bed was large and comfortable. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Shuttles are available to bus station which makes getting to town quicker. You could walk, however it would take awhile and we opted not to do that since it was cold. We enjoyed the hot springs. The view of Mt Fuji was incredible from our balcony. Would stay here again if we are ever back in the Mt Fuji area. "

Very great stay!

"Wow, this place was amazing. From the moment we arrived, we had a warm welcome. All hotel amenities were described and they had so many activities and a scavenger hunt! Our room was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and they provided everything you need and more. We enjoyed the hot tub and had a drink in our private backyard. We enjoyed breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji. Will be back for sure!!!!!"
