"Every staffs were really nice! They were so kind and helpful. Even though we had noisy people right next to our room three days in a row, we loved this hotel's location and parking lot, and cleanliness. "

"Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...

"Everything was a really good experience, starting off with the staff and the rooms! Very convenient, you step out of the hotel and you’re in Timesquare. The only thing I did not agree was that they charge a $36 daily fee, and when your booking the room they do not tell you about this…"
