"It was a lovely room. Enjoyed the fireplace, couch, windows and decor. The sofa bed had a very thin mattress and I would not recommend it for an adult or teen of any size. Also I requested a comforter for the sofa bed and staff brought me an extra blanket instead. Beds are on the soft side but still comfortable. Bathroom clean and nice but tub not pristine enough to want to take a bath in. Great stay all around and I would enthusiastically recommend but would rate just short of excellence for...

"Great property, friendly and helpful staff. My only feedback is that the lack of a mini fridge in the unit was tough with a young child (for storing milk and baby food for example). Outside of this a very seamless stay. "

"I love this property - the spa, infrared sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, regular pools, taco bar, Shante at front desk, the rooms, the EV chargers, the bikes. my only complaint was that i left my credit card during my trip at the main restaurant and no one notified me - despite having my exact name on the card - which would be expected at this high end of a resort."
