"The hotel was amazing, including the staff. We were attending the Mel Robbins event at the Meridan Hall and arrived a little earlier in the day. We were able to register early which was amazing. The Keg, Spaghetti Factory was across the street and No Frills & Tim's down the street. Also the restaurant at hotel was great and quick service. The union station was a easy 7 min walk. We would stay there again "

"We were very disappointed when we checked in on May 8th, that the room and recorded preferences were not available and was not confirmed. As a senior and disabled couple, this was very stressful. We had to ask to speak to the manager. I even called the hotel directly on Monday, May 5, to see if the details and requests were confirmed and they agreed. Finally after a long wait we got a room near the elevator and the room was very clean.! We used the pool which was a large size and close to the elevator. Also, when we checked out the price that Expedia had confirmed was not followed up at the hotel and instead we’re charged a higher price. We highly recommend the wonderful staff that were very kind, welcoming and helpful. The security guard help us with our disable parking and went the extra mile. Our two evenings were spend in the hotel dining room Thirty and the food was amazing and very delicious.. The dining room Thirty staff were very helpful and professional. We didn’t want to eat anywhere else. Overall I would return to this hotel. "

However due incomplete information between hotel and Expedia and not mentioning exact cards for deposit hold at check in while booking at Expedia led to troubles at check in . The Expedia mention that hotel May charge hold deposit . But do not mention the exact amount the hotel keep for deposit at check in. And different amount with different cards like debit and credit. "

"Nice hotel in a great location. They gave us a discount on the parking and let us keep our car there for a few extra hours after we checked out with no addition charge. "

"Location was great. Easy to walk to Union Station via the underground 'Path'. There was a subway station directly below the property. Very convenient. "

"There was a rowdy/loud group for a few days/nights. It was hard to get to sleep at night. Construction started early under my room window. But i can't really blame the hotel for that situation. "
