"Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and apologetic when machines were down to get my deposit back. Rooms were fairly clean, though could be dusted a bit. But the showers were very clean though, and I loved the huge mirror and counter space. Fridge was nice and cold, and we really loved the water refill stations by the ice machines on each floor. The pool and hot tub were great, and sauna was nice. Pool was a good tempature, hot tub could've been warmer. The cafe next to the lobby was really comfortable, the server we had who was also the bartender was attending to so many people at once, but he was still very courteous and quick with our drink orders. There is a convenience store right beside the hotel and some restaurants and bars as well as a shoppers that is a 10 min walk away for anything you need. Front desk also has food and items for sale. The convenience store also offers luggage storage, which was super helpful to use after we checked out but still wanted to do some shopping and sight seeing around Toronto without having to take our luggage everywhere. Overall great stay, definitely recommend if you want a hotel that's close Union station, Scotiabank arena, St Lawrence Market and other downtown events! "
