"It was an amazing experience, the whole property is beautiful and you right near the mountains and lake. I like that there were no wifi or tv in the room, so you can stay present- enjoy fireplace in your room, play games, go to hot tub. We didn’t know at first that it’s also a nice area above the checking desk where you can play game and billiards. The only one little thing that I would suggest to improve is bedding. "Great place for our ski group. Located right down the road from the Lake Louise mountain and near a few nice restaurants. (There's not a lot in Lake Louise, but the hotel was near everything.) Only complaint is that the Internet - and thus TV - had stutters and restarts. Not sure if it is the hotel ... or not enough bandwidth to the town. Regardless, we are planning to come back and stay again next year. It's a great central place to ski Lake Louise and Kicking Horse, as well as Sunshine. And everyone at the hotel is very nice and helpful. "
