"We loved our stay at this place! It is located right next to Carlsmith Beach Park where you can snorkel and swim. It is very nicely appointed and has everything you need. It was nice to have an elevator with our luggage. We met the maintenance man on the way in who was very friendly and guided us to our place. Parking is free with a dedicated parking spot. It was very clean and comfortable, close to downtown and the airport. Within the building, each floor had one washer and dryer, most all were in disrepair and the pool was closed, no fault to the individual unit. Overall, very casual, quiet and relaxing place with a beautiful screened in balcony, furnished nicely."
