"We came over for a quick one-night trip to see the volcano and celebrate a birthday. It was such a cool property with plenty of space for everyone. The location was perfect for activities in Hilo and at Volcano. Highly recommend."

"We stayed in this home for the full month of March 2025. We rated this a 10 based on our top three requirements: next to the ocean, clean, comfortable beds. This home met all three requirements. The ocean with its spectacular crashing waves, stunning views, and swimming turtles was wonderful. The sound of the waves at night along with the comfortable bed made for excellent sleeping. The home was clean and the two new area rugs were a nice update. However, as others have noted, this home would benefit from additional updates. For example, the couch is very uncomfortable. Our inquiries via email were answered promptly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
