"A nice property very convenient to attractions. There was no hot water in the late afternoons or early evenings, but we survived! One problem (and I think it's Expedia's fault) is that the amenities described on the Expedia site include "Tour and ticket assistance" This was not true for this property; other than calling for a taxi service, they could not help with any tour or theatre tickets. When I am traveling in another country, having a concierge service is important to me."

The room was a nice size, the fridge had provisions and the coffer was of good standard. The bathroom clean and well kept, however the water in the shower was reluctant to drain, having to stop a couple of times till the level reduced before fully rinsing everything. "Access with baggage is a bit challenging from the street and once inside. Staff were helpful and kind. Location so close to Waterloo station is a big plus. En suite bathroom very nice if a little on the small side. Bed comfy. Train line next to the window provided some noise until quite late."

"Hotel was an old English hotel that was a pleasant surprise. The room was beautiful and clean. Very friendly staff with easy access to the train and a nice pub downstairs. Street had construction so a little noisy but overall loved the hotel and would highly recommend it especially if you need easy access to Heathrow. "
