"Really great, modern hotel. Room was big with a great bathroom and roomy shower. Excellent location for walking around Providencia. Staff were all very helpful. Breakfast, restaurant and bar are recommended too."

"Very convenient location and nice staff. I would have prefer to have a room upgrade as I have had in other hotels. Also, during my 10 day stay I did not have a sheet on the bed. I only had a duvet. I asked for it and never get it. Not sure if this is costumary in Chile but I found it weird. "

"Staff were welcoming and friendly. Quiet safe location. However, I had to ask three times about my complimentary bottle of wine - which was a 350ml size. The bathroom could use an upgrade as it is showing its age. The living room has no tv which means we had to sit on the bad to do work or watch TV making the living room redundant. Could use more complimentary water."
