"Overall, a great property! EXCELLENT location to walk to Subway, 5th Ave, Rockefeller Ctr, Times Square & Broadway area theaters. Very nice outdoor patio area off the rear of the lobby. Very comfortable lobby seating area. Christmas decorations were tasteful & cheerful. The downside was with some members of the hotel staff. We had 2 issues w/Front Desk staff & had to escalate to Front Desk Manager for resolution. We also had a highly undesirable communication issue with a particular Hilton...
