"Older property, so rooms are tiny, even for NYC standards and you could feel a cold draft coming from multiple spots in the room, including the electrical outlets. That being said though, it was in a great location-2 minute walk to the subway, incredibly quiet, great staff, and clean. Will definitely stay here again-just make sure I pack warmer PJs!"

All the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. We loved being sufficiently far away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square but still walkable.
