"The room smelled foul, as if there was leftover food in there. I requested for another room. They had an attitude about it, telling us the room didn’t smell. I contacted hotels.com for a refund but I didn’t get a refund. For me to be a 11+ year navy veteran, I feel highly unappreciated by red roof hotels and will never go request for a room again. They claimed we trashed the room and we didn’t even stay in there for no more than 5 mins. I feel cheated out of my money. "

"This was just a 1 night stay and I was traveling with 2 dogs so it worked perfectly for us. Good room with good Mexican restaurant across the street. "
