"The service in breakfast not good attention to detail and slow. Coffee was cold but replaced when asked. Hotel room not cleaned just bed made and clean towels. Stain from wine bottle not cleaned off coffee table on either day "

"We stayed here over Christmas with another family. There were 8 of us total. We loved our time here. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were all very clean and updated. We had everything we needed. And the hosts were very helpful - even putting up a Christmas tree just for us. (Thank you!) We love the neighborhood as well. Easy to get to a number of tube and train stations (Euston and Warren Street) and there are amazing restaurants just outside the door. "

"Room was quite good in a convenient location for public transport etc. lacked some final touches like no hand wash, tiny tea/coffee cups, no dish clothes. Only one set of towels for 5 nights not ideal. Very noisy lift near room."
