"Staff was great, very warm and attentive. Inside the hotel was beautiful. Stefano helped us with departure details. There was a young Romanian man who took good care of us in the lounge and we had a great conversation."

"It’s not the sparkling gem it should be. I stayed one night in a junior suite overlooking....well, Termini station. The room was large and clearly at one point relatively flash (if it was the 90’s), but tired. Random switches that did nothing, worst stocked mini bar in history (one miniature Jonny Walker red label and a bottle of tonic amongst a couple of cokes and a bottle of Evian!!??). The whole place needs updating,,,, but on the flip side, pretty good rates for such a large room, great bed...

"Location is good, close to the train station and subway, also a walking distance to the Coliseum. However, the hostel is very basic if comparing with others in Europe for the same price. It was okay, though, no problems. "

Unfortunately we were pickpocketed on the metro but the operator gave us much help to get docs printed etc. We were very grateful for the kindness Not easy to find but after a bit we figured it out. There is a lift for your luggage. "
