"Do not stay here! Extremely rude customer service from lady at front desk. We paid the city tax in cash when we arrived, however, as we were checking out she tried to charge us again. We advised that we had paid, she insisted we didn’t and treated us as if we were trying to steal from her. Most horrible experience we’ve ever had. "The hotel was situated in the perfect location for sightseeing famous historic landmarks. Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious. Only fault was that it didn't have a lift and we were on the 2nd floor with a lot of luggage."
