Just a door along a busy street near the Termini train station, but once upstairs and buzzed in, the staff spoke far better English than my rudimentary Italian deserved. The rooms and bathrooms were large and clean. We were able to have two rooms (#s 5 and 6) which closed off from the main hallway. And most importantly, they let us check in at 10am! "It was a nice enough stay. I did think the photos on the site made it look a bit nicer than real life, and the bathroom was very small. But the bed was very comfy, and it was clean. One point of note - i was very grateful i'd packed ear plugs. the traffic noise was quite loud, and on the Saturday night there appeared to be a nightclub in close proximity, which played heavy bass until 2am."
