"I really liked this facility. The rooms were clean and spaceous. The reception was at the end of the bar which didnt work well as the staff were a little distracted. We got there in the end though. Restaurant was lovely though it closed early due to short staff. That was a blessing in diaguise as we went to a loval Italian which was amazing. "We were meeting friends for Xmas and I thought this was a excellent decision to stay here. Rooms were everything we needed, the bar and staff were very good. The meal in the evening and service was excellent a great time was had by us all."

"I checked in after hours and was left simple instructions that were easy to follow. They had ample parking and my room was clean and warm. It was just a little hard to see the sign from the road at night as it wasn't lit up. "

"Stayed overnight to attend a friend’s birthday in Esher. Great location, reasonably priced and really friendly & helpful staff. Nice clean room with tea and coffee facilities which was great in the morning. Easy access to room out of hours and easy key drop when we left."
