"From the minute, my daughter and I arrived we are welcome to buy a very kind and very helpful gentleman. I feel so bad for not giving his name. He was tall and slender with a beard and very attractive. I might say. He took our pictures when we asked even Lois his umbrella for the full day. He was so accommodating and so helpful. "We love the citadines at Holborn and have stayed there many times. They have recently finished renovating and it looks lovely. Staff were great and the room was great. Only issue was that they have a centrally controlled heating system (despite having a controller on the wall in the room that does nothing that we could work out. The room was like a furnace, so we had to leave the windows open, which in December was then very cold. I would suggest the hotel changes back to individual room...
