"The family room was exactly as pictured on the website, practical with a very quirky toilet but overall very good. The area was the best part because you could walk to many sights and very easy to take the underground. We walked to trafalgar, soho, covent garden, China town and over the bridge to the London eye, Big Ben and Churchill War Rooms and st James park. The location was superb! We would definitely stay again!"

"This property was “off the beaten path” mainly, but still very close to anything you wanted. We walked to and from this property for almost everything, even if it was just to catch the Underground. The property was right on the River Thames and you were on the Thames walking path as soon as you walked out the lobby door."

"Excellent location and staff, property is a bit run down. On arrival, several small things didnt work properly (chair broke when pulled to sit, light switch also broken, sofa bed slat broken, small area of bedroom had a weird smell). The staff called someone quickly to fix what they could and were super helpful. Its a great quiet location near an easily accessible area. Just wish the rooms were in better condition. Main bedroom bed was very comfortable."
