Our room was amazing from the comfort of our twin beds to the bathroom. Chose this hotel because it had a great location, easy access to the tube station a short walk away and it had a heated swimming pool. "I had an issue with just one thing - I was on a business trip and had mistakenly left my iPhone charger plug behind. There was no solution at the hotel to help me charge the phone. In this day and age I'd expect most hotels to hv extra cables/ plugs built in chargers in the rooms. "
