I had reserved a king, single bed-room and they had given me a key to a room on the first floor that was already occupied. Lobby staff were not very apologetic. I got downgraded to a queen room on the second floor. Overall, I liked it and had a good experience. "

"We were really happy with our stay at the Motel Mediteran in Escondido. The room was spotlessly clean. I was expecting a room with 2 double beds, and was very happy to see that this was more of a 2-room suite, with one bed in the main "living" area, and the second bed in its own bedroom with closing door. I was travelling with my teenage son, and it was nice to have the privacy. The room came with a full-size fridge, microwave, and stovetop, so if we'd been staying longer, we could have cooked...
