"Nice stay, comfortable and the room came with a decent heater system on the cold night. A little noisy at times but literally kings cross station outside the window and nothing that would have kept anyone awake. Overall a decent place for a little pit stop stay. "

The hotel had a luxury feel and I felt comfortable and peaceful in the room. Overall a pleasant stay and will be sure to make this my regular stay for work trips in London or even as a couples trip. "The hotel is in a fantastic location: close to Paddington station, lots of bars and restaurants around the area. But, they need to update this hotel desperately. It’s outdated, filthy, wallpaper peeling off, TVs don’t work, just incredibly grubby. You’re paying for the location and not a nice nights sleep."

"The hotel is completely renovated and only 5 minutes walk from Earl's court metro and bus station. There are a lot of dining options around it. Ibram at reception was very kind and helpful. Downside: Rooms are on the smaller side."
