"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "Great location, exit hotel and you're looking at Big Ben. Quick walk to Westminster tube station. Easy walk to Trafalgar Square. Plenty of food spots and shops including a Starbucks and Subway. Plenty of nearby tourist spots nearby. Only negative for me was the bathroom lighting: only overhead lighting and not too bright. So not great when trying to shave while looking into mirror."
