"So quaint. So clean. So cute. So close to perfection. The check-in was quick and easy. The young lady was pleasant and efficient. But the office is only open from 3 to 5pm. The room was cute and spotless. The bed was so comfy! The hurricane-repaired beach deck was perfect. The available grills, beach chairs, beach rakes, and beach wagons to haul your bags to your room, were appreciate. So why not a perfect 10? Just a few little things. Things that separate the good from the great. Things like...

"Loved the vintage coastal vibe. Very clean. Communication was excellent via text. We asked for and received a late check in with clear instructions and we had no issues. Could not give 5 stars to area because the hotel is on a major road and there is road noise. Would stay here again!"

"Location of this property is superb. The pictures make it look a little bigger than it is but it is a lovely place to stay. Walkable to a couple great restaurants/bars. Easy 3 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Florida. I have to say, the only criticism I have is the parking spot is a little small. Other wise an amazing 5 star stay. Would go again in a heartbeat "
