"Struggled to check in but once we foind phone no and they communicated with us by WhatsApp because we didn’t speak Spanish and they didn’t speak English they were able to sort everything out. We are retired ladies not used to everything digital but we have learned a lot. We felt very safe Staff were friendly and helpful and we somehow managed to communicate ok. Room clean and comfortable. Fridge very welcome as was air con. Excellent value for money"

"Diamond resorts are instantly recognisable as having great self catering facilities, a home from home. Sunset View is no different and so the facilities are great and kept in great order. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. The only issue we had, and had at a different former Diamond resort has to do with the “Club Members”. "We felt all the facilities were excellent and the Staff were always friendly, helpful and respectful. The choice and quality of food could not have been better. The accommodation for guests was superb; beds were very comfortable and it was good to have a bath as well as a shower."

"Excellent property! From the room to the possibilities around it, everyone is able to find something they like. A grocery store nearby, some nice options to have either breakfast, lunch or dinner and you can also stay in the property to enjoy your time without taking care of anything. If you’re looking for something quite affordable with a good price-performance ratio, this should be one of your properties to consider."

"My goddaughter and I did a 3 day visit and saw that this Hotel was close to the Airport and bus transportation was right outside of the hotel. The bedroom was separated from the lil kitchen and living room. Would definitely recommend and if ever have an opportunity to come back, would definitely stay here again."

"We loved the property and the service. Location for us was good as we wanted something quieter than the usual crowded areas further south. However, it is a windy area of the island, still warm, but we had 3 days of strong winds. We used a car to explore the island on these days"

The hotel accommodation was pleasant, but the hotel was isolated and the entrance caused problems for taxi hire. "At the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly which was a nice added touch. The hotel was very clean. We had half board. The staff were very helpful and friendly. "lovely aparthotel, heated pool. Victor the pool lifeguard was the star of the hotel. He could not help enough. The rest of staff were helpful and friendly. Note it is a steep hill about 20minutes to the beach. Hourly transport provided can fill up, but only 5-7 euros by taxi. Supermarket on the corner very useful and decent prices"

"The Best hotel in Spain in my opinion. Having stayed here on many occasions. I always find the staff friendly, efficient and professional. Excellent service and a must visit when staying in Tenerife. I have stayed at numerous five star hotels worldwide and this is my personal favourite. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday. "The staff were very helpful. The food was excellent. It was clean and overall good value for the money I gave. My room and parts of the hotel was dated and in need of repairs. If they renovated and upgraded the hotel it would be 4 or 5 star. It is near the bus stop with access to pick ups for trips and to visit local towns."
