"Maria @reception was my favourite, helpful friendly, she made time to speak to me. I valued E103, my nest for 5 left vely days. Having requested a quiet location, it was perfect. There was no apartment above me, in fact the complex is designed this way. Wished that I was able to participate in the outdoor yoga classes. "This is a place we have been coming to for several yeas, and we would always try to come here every trip to Tenerife. From the cleaners to the receptionists and those working in the bar they are all extremely friendly and helpful. We are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of holiday makers to have a very relaxing break evey ime we come. Keep it up :)"

"I would reccomend this hotel and I would stay here again. We travelled as a couple with a 16 month old baby and the room was very comfortable and balanced having everything we needed for our baby as well as being a nice place to relax. We used the pool and our baby enjoyed using it as well. The staff are very friendly and helped with any questions we had. "This was our second stay and our expectations from last year were met once again. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile. The hotel is so clean, feels so safe and inviting and the option of an apartment to ensure a proper bed each for our family of four (not pull outs) was a game chnager for our teenage children.
