"Very comfortable house, it had cool finishes like wall mounted night stands, custom vanities, sleeping loft and ladder, etc. Kitchen was fully functional with a small but well stocked grocery market very close to the house. The outdoor area and pool was private and great to hangout in. There was a strong handrail over the steps which helped me tremendously on my crutches. AC & WIFI worked great.It was perfect, I would stay there again for sure."

"Nice small clean house, had some issues that remained unresolved. 1 whasher did not work, reported it, but was not repaired. 2 AC unit went out after a blackout, was not repaired. 3 Giant roaches, they are common to the area, however this ones sermed to be on steroids. 4 Had a problem with the key. "This was an incredible property. Everything was beyond our expectations. The house was very clean and the art work was so beautiful. Maria was helpful with our transportation from the airport. Having a golf cart in Sayulita is a must and Maria had one waiting for us upon our arrival. We will definitely book this property again."

"Property was more beautiful in person, but overall as described. The pool was warm, we spent hours in it day and night. We were a group of 6 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. The hosts were very communicative and connected us to reliable transport to and from the airport as well as golf carts to get us around and up the steep hill. We had an amazing time, would recommend. "The villa is spacious, clean and very pretty. Pool and grounds are clean and relaxing. Hot tub did not work which was a little bit of a bummer on nights when we wanted to enjoy being outside. The big sliding doors in the living room being in a nice breeze and connect indoors and outdoors. The beach out front is beautiful, but not swimable right in front of the house. "Great anniversary trip. Loves the pool and location. Some plumbing issues with leak in downstairs bathroom ceiling, but owner quickly responded. Bring bug spray and noise canceling ear plugs because the party music from downtown is no joke. Every night of our 7 night stay we had to put up with loud club like music with bass which made it difficult to sleep and relax in the evenings. Sayulita is a party town. "The home and amenities were excellent and I would stay again. The property manager exceeds expectations and is always available. The only negative is the laundry arrangement and having the housekeeper do our laundry. My clothing was not fresh smelling at all and I'm not convinced that she used detergent. The home itself is fully renovated and an absolute showplace. "

"Casa Canto met our expectations! It’s a very comfortable house and you can’t beat the location. It really is only one short block to the beach and surrounded by restaurants. Shower in bathroom had very little water pressure but other water sources had good pressure. Pool was very nice and refreshing after a day on the beach. 2 days the pool was very cloudy so we didnt use it. Easy access to town, the beach, shopping and a variety of services. Iberostar Selection Playa Mita - All Inclusive

"Our party of nine enjoy our stay very much. It's a lovely property with a really nice beach which is what we love. There were so many interactive options to participate in, such as bingo, ping pong, dance and yoga to list a few. The food was very good and the Japenense evening full of fun and laughs. Cannot comment on the night life as we didn't partake, but my guess is that was fun too. Afternoon pool fun and plenty of places to shade. This was my first Iberostar stay, and I would definitely consider another. Thank you to all the wonderful staff, the guys on the beach working those chairs and umbrella were AWESOME and so attentive. "

"My wife is very particular. Sh inspects cups, looks for hair- brings her own cleaning supplies. She didnt have to do much because the room was perfectly clean. Fun atmosphere with lots to do. definitely coming back again"
