We really liked that it was walking distance to the grocery store and that Centro, with it's food carts and vendors, was really close by.We found it to be a nice secure building with access to it, and your unit, via fingerprint. That worked for some in our party but not others so you may end up having to carry a card. The elevators open directly into your apartment but you do share the elevator with the unit across from you. They can't access your unit but...

"We enjoyed our stay in this updated condo. We love Playa Royale and were very pleased to enjoy the updated, floors, furniture, TV, beds, etc. that other condos lack. It was really nice to have housecleaning included and they give you a schedule so you know when to expect them. Very nice job cleaning! Our only complaint would be the slow response of the owner. However, we are already booked for next year and anticipate another good stay."

"We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful penthouse with a private pool. Clean, well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, good communication and response from property management, amazing views and nice warm shared pool. A short walk from the nice beach across the road - not beach front as we had assumed from the photos, but very close. A bbq and beach chairs/umbrella would make this place perfect for longer stays."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Condo and Sandra was extremely accommodating and fantastic to deal with! The location of the condo was ideal for exploring town and going out for dinner, or walking down the beach. The condo is very spacious and incredibly well stocked. We had two couples and an infant and found we had more than enough space for 10 days. The bedrooms are setup great and were very comfortable. Also, having drinking water in the unit was a great and made the stay more enjoyable not...
