"Actually composing a review because I went down the same rabbit hole you are doing right now. Noticed a lot of 10 out of 10’s when doing our research, then looked at all the bad reviews and started to question whether or not we should go here (as those reviews were obviously drastically different). After a week spent, I can tell you that (as far as all-inclusives go) this place is awesome. It’s not a big party scene, you don’t get those super cheesy entertainment dances every night, but it’s high-quality, the food is actually good, and the pools are amazing. Most of them are heated, which is surprisingly needed this time of year (winter 2025) And the staff are top notch. Likely due to it being a Delta Marriott, they must have specific standards they need to meet. It is the perfect all inclusive resort if you are wanting to unwind, relax, and spend a week by pools and a mellow beach. "

"It was nice having multiple places to eat. We ate at each restaurant while we were there. The bathrooms/showers should be the first thing they update but it was fine. It was interesting how everything shut off when you left the room or air conditioner shut off when balcony opened. Great idea!"

"Overall this resort is great for families and couples. Food was good with many choices and A-la-cart restaurants (reservations required). Pools were good and the beach was great! I recommend that they provide more beach chairs and pool chairs as they run out quickly. Staff were great and our family really enjoyed the stay."
