"The property is more concerned with QR codes and getting you in and out - it's on a long dusty and terrible dirt road - the building is surrounded by trash and if you want to walk into town it's a 7 minute walk on unpaved road and no sidewalks - if mexico wants to charge first world prices it needs to clean up it's act - very transactional place - not focused on hospitality - clean up the neighborhood not just the front steps !"

"We had some issues with the unit when we arrived but the owner drove from Guadalajara to fix the problem. He moved us to another unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the great service recovery. Nice pool and great rooftop lounging area. Large grocery store nearby. 7 minute walk to beach and 7 to 15 minute walk to many restaurants. A long-time tenant, Robert, was very friendly and helpful during our two-week stay."

"This place is AMAZING! My stay here is phenomenal with the cleanliness, the privacy, NO OUTSIDE NOISE, the comfort of a mini split AC unit thst is perfect when arriving back into your room. The most favorable part was STEPS away from the bus station. Ideal when travelling to or from Puerto Vallarta. That is how I get around.
