"Was nice stay excepting 2 nights, were drunk neighbours from middle Asia run in corridors all night and shouting, security cannot stop them, Hotel has no penalties for such guests and they are not scared and do everything they want, so 2 nights were without sleeping 😡😡😡 Second problem was that we ordered restaurant for child birthday, we came and they have not made special table as were doing every time, child was very upset 😢 This year birthday tour to Pickalbatros Aqua park was not...

"We chose this hotel as it claimed to have a 5star PADI dive school on site. It was closed! Booked with another school who collected us, but we had missed two days diving. During our visit there were 4 British, 6 Italians, 6 Germans. Everyone else were Russian. Fortunately I speak tourist Russian, but everyone else felt uncomfortable being in the minority. We snorkelled about 400 metres to the left of the lift, which descends to the beach and discovered human sewage outflow pipes. Possible...

"Overall a fantastic experience but we did have a slight issue on arrival when we were told no room available even though we had a booking!! We were asked to stay in a sister hotel for the night and our original rooms would be available the following day. Do Not accept this! You'll end up stuck in a lower quality place. Other than that it was great. Perfectly acceptable and plentiful food, good location and friendly staff."
