"Wonderful wonderful people, staff were going above and beyond. Names that I remember for front desk were 2 Mahmod, Abdulah, the nice guy who cleaned our room named Ahmed. One of the best spa services that I got was from facial treatment and she braided my hair too, her name was Hadeer. She was a beautiful nurse who works in beauty industry too. I received great massage from other lady too. "

Easy to get taxi anywhere Shops in hotel ridiculously expensive Hardly any vegan / vegetarian options, no alternative milk, you can use 4 Al la carte restaurants but they are a bit strange. "All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Really good hotel facilties, great snorkeling. Food is good, lots of options, but theres always a big queue for the really good stuff like prawns and mangos which are not offered every day. Only down side for us was the room, its abit tired, in desperate need of a revamp (especially the standard rooms). We been twice, first time we had nice Jaccuzz on the balcony room, that was very nice, this time we took the kids so had 2 standard rooms and it was...
