"Excellent hotel, swim up rooms so good, staff excellent. Beach not great. There are a few shops 5mins walk away. Easy to get taxi anywhere Shops in hotel ridiculously expensive Hardly any vegan / vegetarian options, no alternative milk, you can use 4 Al la carte restaurants but they are a bit strange. Music around pool is literally head banging house music which was bizarre It was a good hotel though "

"Wonderful wonderful people, staff were going above and beyond. Names that I remember for front desk were 2 Mahmod, Abdulah, the nice guy who cleaned our room named Ahmed. One of the best spa services that I got was from facial treatment and she braided my hair too, her name was Hadeer. She was a beautiful nurse who works in beauty industry too. I received great massage from other lady too. "

"All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Really good hotel facilties, great snorkeling. Food is good, lots of options, but theres always a big queue for the really good stuff like prawns and mangos which are not offered every day. Only down side for us was the room, its abit tired, in desperate need of a revamp (especially the standard rooms). "We had a great stay here. The facilities are excellent, pools are lovely, rooms are well equipped (bit dated in decor but clean and comfortable).
