"Terrible hotel where the only positive thing is the location. The communication in booking and in general at the hotel is not existing. An example is the bar that opened at random times during the week and the staff did not know anything about it. We booked a room with breakfast and access to spa. Great hotel in Madrid

"This is a great hotel! Our room was clean, if we forgot anything they pretty much had us covered, great location near everything the tours we met at or just sightseeing. Our favorite was the electric blinds how noise canceling and blocked the light that we ended up sleeping in. Upstairs has a patio and bar just overall great experience. Would definitely stay here again!!!"
