"There were no hangers in the closet (room 719) and the floor was uneven outside the closet and from there towards the bed, Would be better to have big soap dispensers by the sink and shower instead of those little bottles. Two elevators, seemingly on separate systems - you needed to call them both to stand the best chance of getting one. None of this spoiled my stay, just little quirks that I hope it's useful to know about! Staff were excellent!"

"Really nice hotel clean modern and the staff are super polite and freindly. Multilingual as well. The choice of food at breakfast is amazing you could stay for a week and have something different every morning. Also room service is pretty (surprisingly) reasonably priced. Its far enough out to be quiet but close enough to be able to get in to the city. 10/15E taxi tops. You can take a nice leisurly walk to the Bernabeu no problem. its 30/40 mins but you make 2 turns. I imagine in the summer...

"Cool if kinda weird looking hotel, not much in the area, especially after 7pm - most dining options are closed and delivery is pretty much your best option. Room was cool, with some wild lighting. "The hotel in general is on good condition, the staff was great, they helped us to get the room early as we arrived at 6:30 in the morning, not that early but at least they did help. The room was super clean, small but very confortable. Nacho the guy who welcomed us was super nice , we always saw him helping all the guests, as well as the guy at the main door. Just want to mention two points that go against the hotel, one of them is the front desk area, it needs renovation, also the AC it’s set...
