"This location is a bird watching, listening, paradise. The cabins are surrounded by lush vegetation and trees. The owner Cede is very friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious and reasonably priced. We stayed here Friday Nov. 8, 2024 and were the only guest due to the rainy season. "The property is lovely and worked for our extended family of 8. We were in walking distance for dinner every night. Being in La fortuna for several days worked well so we didn’t have to combine too many activities in one day and could enjoy the pool in the afternoon. "

"Great rustic house in La Fortuna. Pool was great! And the air conditioning cooled down the place quick. House is located in a neighborhood away from downtown but it was easy enough to take an Uber. Communication with the manager was easy and they got supplies over to me quickly. Mary’s bbq down the street was an easy walk, and there are some little stores. This house was perfect for our group of 14 over the Easter holiday. Thank you again!!"

"The house is located close to town for an easy drive in and it has a great view of the volcano. We thought it looked nice from the photos, but it didn't live up to our expectations. As others have said, there is an issue with the hot water. It worked fine in one bathroom, but in the larger bathroom the breaker would flip and it would stop working. "This property was a distance from La Fortuna and other points of interest. That was what I was looking for. In Santa Ana, constant construction noises have been disrupting my peace. This place was beautiful and remote. Some mold in the bathroom, and my bed had some weird fibers at the foot of the bed between the sheets., so I was a bit creeped out . But it is the jungle, and there were critters and crawlers everywhere. Pool and hammock chairs were great. I would come back, and bring more people...

"This was a great property for the 6 people in our family. It was very clean. We liked having the ability to cook some of our meals, so we didn't have to eat out all the time. It is in a good location, which allowed us to walk to get food from the store and to restaurants for dinner. We booked excursions and had no problems with tour operators finding the property to pick us up. The hot tub was great for relaxing and cooling off in the evenings.
