"I have stayed here every year for 8 years now and totally love the hotel. The hotel is spotless clean, the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the disabled parking bays are not monitored, I have trouble walking but had to park the other side of the carpark because an ignorant person parked in disabled bay then took out his golf clubs leaving the car in the disabled parking bays for 2 days without mooving it with no disabled badge."

"Wonderful place snuggled in the woods but close to the city any the airport. We got massages and the girl that did my fiance's was absolutely extravagant. Food is a bit pricey but well worth it. The room was great. Has a heated floor and a TV in the bath tub. The shower wasn't totally good but it did the job. The weekend breakfast was great except for the haggis. It was mushy like a porridge. The weekday breakfast is ordered off of a menu and it was pretty good. The misses is lactose intolerant...

Everything was excellent about the hotel apart from our check in. Our room was advertised as available from 3pm & we were not able to get into our room as it was not ready for us until 4.20pm.
