"Hard to communicate with front desk. We have to send a request through email. This hotel is not wheelchair accessible and hallway is dark and hard to find the room. Its like a maze. Its very unique. "We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was so attentive and personable. They gave us little chocolates and treats every so often, knew our names and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we need. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. The hotel is centrally located to Edinburgh and even though we rented a car, we truly didn’t need it as we were able to walk everywhere. The food at the hotel is great as well. Visually, the hotel is also beautiful. 10/10 "

"The location was beautiful, it’s right next to the palace. The apartment was so beautiful and well decorated. My children loved reading in the window seats. It was an excellent apartment with an excellent location. The communication was also really great. "Great location, easy to get there from the airport, lovely restaurants nearby and close to all the tourist stuff. Great apartment, really well equipped and nicely presented. Couple of relatively minor points- the apartment is quite big, the bed is too small and not that comfy. Also in the small dressing room there’s a full length mirror & storage but no place to plug anything in. Other than that a really good and easy would have happily stayed longer."
