"I loved the pool, spa, and sauna. This place is in a great location, and the ferry stops right out front. The only downside is the pet-friendly rooms are a bit older, so the walls are thin, but this was no fault of the hotel's. We will definitely be staying here whenever we visit Gatlinburg."

"I usually stay here when I visit Piegon Forge, because I love the conveniency, cleanness of the hotel, the room space and the cost to stay is reasonable. My only complaint this time is, there were a lot of ants around the room, and on the kitchen counter, sink, and on the beds. I am not sure if it was because we stayed closer to the pool area, or nor not, but there was a ant issue. Suggestions I also have is, it would benefit customers to have hooks on the walls for towels and wash clothes...
