"Stayed for 6 days with my family (4 kids, 2 adults). Enjoyed our stay very much mostly due to the amazing customer service. The indoor water park is better for younger kids (I feel like 10/under) and although we didn’t get to experience the outdoor water park due to the weather I think my older kids would have liked that one better. "We had a WONDERFUL girls weekend here!! Staff was super courteous, room was very clean and spacious. Hotel is right downtown Gatlinburg, so very convenient to walk everywhere!! Overall great experience…will definitely be back!!"

"Clean property, great value for money. Would have liked more amenities. Game room was out of service, very basic pool, no complementary snacks/breakfast in lobby. Beds were comfortable but pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I would stay again. Property was clean and parking was easy. Close to attractions but felt secluded."

We also really loved the location as it was away from busy of Pigeon Forge and all the crowds, while also having beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains. "The facility was clean and quiet with amazing people. We loved that it was on the edge of town, so it was quiet. There was a trolley stop right at the hotel but was also walkable. The brook that ran along the balcony was beautiful. "

"This place would have been 5 stars but the ac in our unit didn’t work. For us this is a huge inconvenience as even at home we like it 68 when we sleep. It was above 75 in our room, and we found out other units had broken ac. Everything else was fantastic, and really wanted to give them 5 stars."
