"Really Great hotel, probably one of the nicest I have ever stayed at, really clean and fresh, smelled really good, employees were really nice and helpful, valet was friendly and fast. However, things like the 7 dollar upcharge water bottles in the room take it down from a 5 star, also the AC didn't cool the room super well but otherwise it was a great hotel. The bar and food looked really good but I did not get a chance to sample them. "

"The property was even better than the description could have made it out to be. We really did find a gem in this location. Gatlinburg and Dollywood were within a 20 minute drive. The golf course was fun to play on and peaceful. "

"The property was private - next cabin was several yards away. The directions to get the cabin were very poor. Had to stop and ask how to get there. The carpeting in the cabin had stains, the TV reception was poor, the internet connection was extremely slow. Loved the privacy!!!"
