"The property was beautiful and spacious, close to the airport and about 20 minutes outside of the downtown strip area. We enjoyed having the backyard space with the pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit. Plenty of space to entertain, converse and relax. "Carpets need cleaned or replaced as they are stained and smell bad. Sofa has stains and dog hair so we used extra blankets to cover the couch to sit on it. Outside patio chairs are stained and dirty and the table wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Beds are comfortable. Cobwebs in closet got on my suit. Kitchen is adequate but missing a lot of items. Whole place needs TLC. Items missing off their inventory list which the host acknowledged when asked and she was a very nice person and responsive. I...

Cons: Our biggest concern is the layout of the property. The listing describe 5 bedrooms with “tiny rooms.” What is not explained is that the tiny rooms are hallway closets and storage areas under the stairs.
